It is just what it sounds like. And it is simple. Parboil a pound of sprouts, half and core them. Then place the sprouts and pecans on a baking sheet or casserole dish with a sprinkling of olive oil, salt and minced garlic. Bake them for about 15-25 minutes at 400 degrees.

I have not tried this recipe yet, but plan to tomorrow pending well-being. I will let you know how they turn out. Also suggested was to add crumbled bacon to the pan before baking.
